This presentation will discuss the ways in which focusing on emotional intelligence and self-awareness is critical for people of all ages, even more so in the current crisis. The conscious choice to hold emotional space for ourselves and the children in our care are gifts that will serve us academically, spiritually, and emotionally as we navigate our path forward. The framework comes from Montessori and yogic backgrounds, yet is applicable to all.
