Christopher Vuk

Mr. Vuk received his B.M. Suma Cum Laude on scholarship from Berklee College of Music. He is also an alumnus of the University of Northern Iowa and Longy School of Music. His former experience is inclusive of various fields, however, all connected to the the world of music and education. He is trained in Infant/Toddler Montessori. Currently, Christopher is the CEO of the Rock and Roll Daycare.

Prior to Rock and Roll, Christopher founded contemporary music school, School of Groove, in the heart of Cambridge, whose philosophy was centered around giving its students and musicians opportunities to form bands and perform in front of live audiences on the stages of popular jazz and rock clubs in Boston. While running the music school, Christopher created the Boston Music Festival and Cambridge Arts Festivals which gathered over 100 bands together to give them a platform to share their music and talent with the people of Boston.

For the last ten years Christopher has served as the Music Director of the Boston String Quartet. Several signature projects of the Quartet include the Xibus World Orchestra, which combined music and education, inspiring over ten thousand middle and high school musicians across the country to push the envelope of traditional orchestra repertoire, introducing them to the genres of world fusion, jazz, Latin, rock, and Celtic music.

Within last couple of years Christopher has been honored to have been invited to participate in the Goldman Sachs and Babson College 10,000 Small Businesses Program, which brings together some of America’s leading young entrepreneurs to both learn from them and share common experiences and knowledge.

Christopher is the recipient of the Certificate of Congregational Commendation, has lectured at the Berklee College of Music numerous times, and has been a panelist at several of Boston’s leading institutions, such as Babson College, Lesley University, and Wheelock College.
